OPEC-non OPEC: Guitouni calls for permanent producer-consumer dialogue
APS : Sunday, 23 September 2018
ALGIERS- Minister of Energy Mustapha Guitouni stressed Sunday the need to explore ways and means “to perpetuate cooperation and maintain the bases of permanent dialogue not only between OPEC and non-OPEC countries,
but also between producing and consuming countries.”
In an opening address at the 10th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee on Compliance with the OPEC-Non-OPEC Output Cut Agreement, held Sunday in Algiers, the minister said “it was in the interest of oil producers and consumers to build on their positive efforts and ensure a smooth transition to prevent undermining oil market’s return to balance.”
