Renewable energy: Eighty participants at ERA 2017

ORAN- The eighth International Exhibition of Renewable Energy, Clean Energy and Sustainable Development (ERA 2017) opened Monday in Oran (431-km west of Algiers) with the participation of 80 national and foreign exhibitors.
In his opening address, in presence of Minister of Environment and Renewable Energy Fatima Zohra Zerouati, the Wali (governor) of Oran, Mouloud Cherifi and the head of the Algerian Business Managers Forum (FCE), Ali Haddad, Energy Minister Mustapha Guitouni reiterated the Government’s commitment to continue to make renewable energy a national priority.
For her part, the minister of Environment underlined that the environmental protection can also present business opportunities for investors for the creation of wealth and jobs.
ERA 2017, organized by Myriade Communication, is meant to be a catalyst for the major players in the sector, as well as for national and foreign institutions and operators in both energy and industrial segments.
