Implementation of action plan to encourage trading between Algeria, Luxemburg

BRUSSELS- An action plan on the economic partnership opportunities between Algeria and the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg will be implemented soon to encourage trading and deepen economic ties between the two countries,
announced Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce.
Following the success of a seminar on “business opportunities in Algeria” organized Monday in Luxemburg, the first of its kind, the director of the international relations of Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce Jeannot Erpelding said that “a targeted action plan on the partnership opportunities between the two countries is being elaborated.”
A specific agenda for 2018 is being prepared to encourage business relations between the two countries through the exchange of delegations, the participation in specialized fairs and the conclusion of an agreement between the Algerian Chamber of Trade and Industry (CACI) and Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce to promote trading, according to a diplomatic source.
During this seminar, organized with the support of Algeria’s embassy in Brussels and in collaboration with the Belgian economic representation in Algiers, the head of International CACI and director of International FCE Kacem Ait Yaala presented to Luxemburg’s companies specialized, amongst others, in the sectors of water , renewable energy, engineering and digital, Algeria’s economic indicators and the partnership opportunities to develop as part of the objectives of developing production tools and diversifying national economy.
