42nd anniversary of SADR Proclamation: President Bouteflika congratulates Sahrawi counterpart

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika has sent a message to Sahrawi President Brahim Ghali on the 42nd anniversary of the proclamation of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR),
in which he reiterated Algeria’s unfailing support to the Sahrawi people cause and their right to self-determination.
“I am pleased to extend to you and to the Sahrawi brother people, on the occasion of the 42nd anniversary of SADR Proclamation, on behalf of the people and the Government of Algeria and on my own behalf, our warmest congratulations as well as my best wishes for good health and wellbeing for you and progress and prosperity for your courageous people,” said the Head of State in his message.
“This happy event is an opportunity to underline the achievements made by the SADR at both internal and international levels, thanks to the commitment of its brave people and the clear-sightedness of its leaders, who are determined to recover the legitimate right of Sahrawis to self-determination,” added the Head of State.
“I would like to congratulate you and all Sahrawi people and reiterate Algeria’s unfailing support to your just cause and to Sahrawi people’s right to self-determination, in accordance with the international law and the related resolutions of the UN Security Council and the African Union,” said President of the Republic.
