AMMAN-Algerian director Karim Traidia’s “Chroniques de mon village” (Chronicals of my village) will participate in the Arab-Dutch Film Nights which kicked off Tuesday night in Jordan.
The event is organized by “Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation” in collaboration with “Notre dame” International Festival and the embassy of Netherlands in Jordan.
In addition to two other movies, organizers selected “Chroniques de mon village,” which focuses on issues relating to the Arab world, particularly Algeria, Tunisia and the Arab community in Netherlands.
Karim Traidia’s movie, which was awarded the Grand Prize of the African Film Festival “Africlap” in Toulouse (France) and “Cinema Without Borders” Festival in Saidia (Morocco), will be screened Wednesday evening at Rainbow cinema in Amman.
