President of Republic holds talks in Moscow with senior Russian officials
President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, held talks in Moscow on Wednesday with senior officials of the Russian Federation, to whom he affirmed the depth of relations between the two countries and discussed the most important areas for strengthening bilateral cooperation.
The second day of President Tebboune’s State visit to this friendly country was marked by intense activity, as he chaired the work of the Algerian-Russian Economic Forum, in which 70 Algerian economic operators and 200 Russian businessmen took part.
With the aim of strengthening the relations of friendship between the two countries and their historical and human aspects, President Tebboune inaugurated the stele commemorating the founder of the modern Algerian state, Emir Abdelkader, the first of its kind to be built in the city of Moscow, in memory of a Muslim and Arab leader.
