President Bouteflika honoured with Mali's highest distinction

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika on Monday was awarded the “Medal of the Grand Cross of Mali’s National Order of Merit,” by President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita of Mali.
