Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, received on Tuesday, at the headquarters of the Algerian Mission to the United Nations (UN) in New York, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, following the presentation of his latest report to the Security Council on the Libyan situation and the announcement of his resignation from his position.
