Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf received Thursday a phone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
The two FMs exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr and discussed the latest developments in the occupied Palestinian territories in general, and particularly in the Gaza Strip, which has been under continuous Israeli aggression for more than six months.
They also seized this opportunity to exchange views on the upcoming events concerning the Palestinian question, mainly the diplomatic efforts being made to enable the State of Palestine to attain full membership of the United Nations.
