The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf received Ely Wilfredo Moncada Colindrez at the ministry’s headquarters on Sunday, who handed him a copy of the credentials accrediting him as the first ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua to Algeria, as part of reciprocal diplomatic representation through the opening of embassies in the capitals of the two countries.
