The minister also met the minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, who is holding the chairmanship of the extraordinary Foreign Ministers Council meeting of the OIC members States.
The two sides held consultations on the development of the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, marked by the ongoing war of extermination in the Gaza Strip.
