Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, received in Algiers on Monday Secretary General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), Mohamed Hamel, who is on a working visit to Algeria.
The meeting, held at the Ministry’s headquarters, focused on ongoing preparations for the 7th GECF Summit of Heads of State and Government, scheduled to take place in Algiers in March next year.
In this regard, the two parties stressed the need to strengthen coordination and cooperation between Algeria, as the host country, and the General Secretariat of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum.
