Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad Ahmed Attaf held Thursday, in Addis Ababa, talks with the Special Representative of the Chinese Government on African Affairs Liu Yuxi, on the sidelines of the 2nd day of the 44th ordinary session of the Executive Council of the African Union.
