ALGIERS- Minister of Maghreb Affairs, African Union and Arab League Abdelkader Messahel held talks Saturday, in Algiers, with the deputy chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, Ahmed Maitig.
The meeting took place at the headquarters of the ministry of Foreign Affairs.
