HARARE – Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel on Sunday in Harare handed over a message from President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika to his Zimbabwean counterpart Emmerson Mnangagwa.
In the message, the Head of State congratulated him on his election to the presidency of Zimbabwe and reiterated Algeria’s commitment to strengthening its historical ties with this country.
