Messahel hands over friendship message from President Bouteflika to his Ugandan counterpart

KAMPALA (Uganda)- Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel on Thursday has handed over a message of brotherhood and friendship from President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika to his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni.
