Algeria, China have a “mutual political trust”

ALGIERS- Algeria and China have a “mutual political trust” said Sunday, in Algiers, the Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister, Qian Hongshan, adding that the economic relations between the two countries are “very fruitful.”
“We have had frank and friendly exchanges. In fact, Algeria and China are great friends and brothers. We have a mutual political trust and the economic relations are very fruitful,” he told the press at the end of his meetings with the Secretary General of Foreign Affairs, Hassan Rabehi.
The Chinese official said that the two countries are “very strategic” partners, adding that he is “convinced that thanks to our friendly traditions, we could further strengthen our mutual strategic trust and the economic and trade cooperation.”
“Algeria’s economic development is very dynamic and I am very confident in its future and its potential,” he said, underlining that he is convinced that “thanks to our combined efforts, and as part of the global strategic partnership, we could further strengthen our cooperation in political, cultural, economic and trade cooperation.”
