A greeting message from His Excellency Mister Abdelaziz Bouteflika, President of the Republic presented to Captain Vassil Valtchanov

Mrs. Latifa Benazza, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Bulgaria presented a greeting message from His Excellency Mister Abdelaziz Bouteflika, President of the Republic, to Captain Vassil Valtchanov on the occasion of the latter’s 102nd birthday.
The meeting took place on June 27, 2017, at Captain Valtchanov’s home.
