Foreign Minister receives phone call from Serbian counterpart
The minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, received Monday a phone call from Serbia’s deputy Prime Minister and minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic.
The two ministers congratulated each other on the holding, in Algiers, of the second session of Algerian-Serbian political consultations at the level of the secretary general of the ministry of Foreign Affairs, for Algeria, and the secretary of State for Foreign Affairs for Serbia.
The phone call was an opportunity to tackle the bilateral relations and the prospects for their strengthening in the light of the historical heritage and the traditional friendship between the two countries.
The two ministers reiterated their commitment to work together to revive the mechanisms of bilateral cooperation, increase the exchange of official visits at all levels and boost trade between Algeria and Serbia.
