Algeria “remains a reference in the promotion of dialogue of respect between nations and an exporting country of peace and stability, which considers such concepts as cardinal principles of the Algerian foreign policy,” Mimouni said.
He explained that it is within this framework that Algeria, which continues to step up cooperation with its neighbouring countries, especially the Sahel countries, has undertaken mediation in Mali that resulted in the signing of the National Peace and Reconciliation Agreement.
