Ould Khelifa to represent President Bouteflika at inauguration ceremony of re-elected Ugandan president

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika has designated the Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament), Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa,
to represent him at the inauguration ceremony of the re-elected president of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, in Kampala on Thursday, said Wednesday the Presidency of the Republic in a communiqué.
“Following the invitation he received from Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika has designated Lower House’s Speaker Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa to represent him at the inauguration ceremony of the re-elected Ugandan president, to take place in Kampala on 12 May 2016,” said the communiqué.
