The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, received, today, Soraya ALEM at the Ministry’s headquarters who handed him cabinet letters as the representative of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) in Algeria.
