The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, received, today, MCHARO Timothy Kaluma at the Ministry’s headquarters who handed him copies of his credentials lettres as the Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya to Algeria.
