ALGIERS-President of the Republic Abdelaziz Boutaflika sent a congratulation message to Abdel Fattah Elsisi following his re-election as President of the Arab Republic of Egypt,
in which he reiterated his constant commitment to working with him to strengthen cooperation ties and promote them to a level that meets the two brotherly peoples’ expectations.
“After the brotherly Egyptian people renewed trust in you and elected you President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, I offer you on my own behalf and on behalf of the Algerian people and government my warm congratulations and heartfelt wishes for progress and prosperity to the brotherly Egyptian people,” wrote President Bouteflika in his message.
“Through their contribution to the success of the presidential elections, the Egyptian people showed a high level of maturity, remarkable civilizational behaviour and strong willingness to surmount events and determinedly move towards their future in a safe and stable Egypt under your enlightened direction,” stated the Head of State.
“I also seize this opportunity to express y satisfaction with the privileged relations between our two brotherly countries and reiterate my constant commitment and willingness to work with you to strengthen cooperation and partnership relations, and raise them to a high level that meets the aspirations of our brotherly peoples for development and progress,” said President Bouteflika.
