National Gendarmerie Commander at annual parade of Saudi armed, security forces

ALGIERS- Commander of the National Gendarmerie Major General Menad Nouba is paying a working visit to Saudi Arabia at the invitation of Crown Prince, Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of Saudi Arabia Muhammed Bin Nayef Bin Abdulaziz
to attend the annual parade of the Saudi armed and security forces, said Wednesday a communiqué of the Command of the National Gendarmerie.
The visit of Major General Nouba and the delegation accompanying him, is part of the “international cooperation of the National Gendarmerie Command, the strengthening of the bilateral relations notably in the last few years and the development of cooperation in partnership sectors and various fields of common interest,” said the source.
During this official visit, Major General Nouba attended all the exercises of the annual parade of the Saudi armed and security forces done by the special and emergency forces with the participation of all the Kingdom’s emergency centres.
These exercises aim at assessing the different forces’ level of disposal, preparation and integration in the face of potential threats, including terrorism.
The parade is taking place in the presence of the highest Saudi authorities after mobilizing all the material, human and technical means as well as military and security equipment with the contribution of the different officials of security bodies.
