Bouhadja holds talks with Sudanese counterpart in Cairo

ALGIERS-Speaker of the People’s National Army (Lower House) Said Bouhadja on Saturday held talks in Cairo with his Sudanese counterpart Ibrahim Ahmed Omer, on the sidelines of the 3rd Arab Parliament (AP) Congress,
and speakers of assemblies and parliaments announced the Lower House in a communiqué
The talks focused on “the means to promote parliamentary cooperation and coordinate positions on the issues of common interest within regional and international parliamentary assemblies in favour of Arab causes under the principle of non-interference in countries’ internal affairs and the peaceful settlement of conflicts.”
On this occasion, the Sudanese official welcomed “the quality of relations between Algeria and Sudan, based on cooperation and solidarity, in the service of both peoples’ common interests.”
