ALGIERS- Prime Minister of Belgium, Charles Michel, will pay a two-day visit to Algeria as from Tuesday, said the Prime Minister Office in a statement.
The visit, which aims at strengthening cooperation between the two countries, will be devoted to the assessment of bilateral relations in all areas, said the statement.
The two sides “will examine mechanisms likely to help increase trade volume between Algeria and Belgium, and will discuss, within a spirit of dialogue and consultation, issues related to the movement of persons and security,” added the statement.
The discussions will also focus on “international and regional issues of common interest, especially those related to the political and humanitarian situation in the sub-region,” concluded the statement.
