Ouyahia in Kigali to represent President Bouteflika at AU summit

ALGIERS- Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia on Tuesday left Algiers for Kigali, Rwanda, where he will represent President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika at the extraordinary African Union (AU)
summit to be held Wednesday, the Prime Minister’s office said in a statement.
“Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia left Algiers today bound for Kigali, where he will represent his Excellency, President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika at the African Union’s extraordinary summit on March 21st in Rwanda’s capital,” the statement said.
The premier will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel and Minister of Trade Mohamed Benmeradi, the statement added.
